Job summary

DEPT® is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions for diverse clients. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges using data, machine learning and AI technologies.

You will lead the development of scalable AI workflows, APIs, and backend services, working closely with back-end and front-end engineers, DevOps and clients to deliver impactful results.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying ML/AI solutions.
• Experience with GenAI lifecycle, observability, prompt optimization, deployment and monitoring.
• Experience with cloud AI services (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI solutions for clients across industries.
• Define AI use cases with clients and validate ideas via POCs.
• Build end-to-end AI systems with a focus on scalability and observability.
• Develop AI workflows and orchestrate data, tools and context into production systems.
• Architect modular backend services and integrate AI components into software ecosystems.
• Design RESTful or GraphQL APIs for AI workflows and user applications.
• Collaborate with engineers, DevOps, strategists and clients to deliver solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
