Job summary

TipTopJob in Glossop is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a small engineering team within a manufacturing environment. You will oversee preventive maintenance, repairs and projects on site and liaise with contractors.

Ideal candidates are qualified mechanically or electrically, with leadership experience and an IOSH H&S certificate. The role is a 33-hour week with a salary circa £50,000 depending on experience, plus holidays and a bonus scheme and life assurance.

• Qualified engineer with mechanical or electrical bias
• Experience in a manufacturing setting and leadership responsibilities
• Hold a health and safety certificate such as IOSH
• Strong leadership and communication skills
