Job summary

TipTopJob in Glossop is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a small engineering team within a manufacturing environment. You will oversee preventive maintenance, repairs and projects on site and liaise with contractors.

Ideal candidates are qualified mechanically or electrically, with leadership experience and an IOSH H&S certificate. The role is a 33-hour week with a salary circa £50,000 depending on experience, plus holidays and a bonus scheme and life assurance.

Monday to Friday : 33 Hours per Week (+1 Hour Unpaid Lunch)

Engineering Manager required for an industry leading manufacturer offering a 33:hour contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to play an integral role within a friendly company who are investing into their equipment on site. This role would suit either an experienced Engineering Manager or a Lead Engineer / Senior Engineer / Engineering Supervisor looking to step up.

This role would suit a mechanically or electrically qualified engineer from a manufacturing background. You will need experience in a leadership role and hold a H and S certificate.

This is a hands:on position where the successful candidate will oversee a small but growing engineering team responsible for carrying out PPMs, repairs and project work across the companys Glossop site.
