Job summary

Rightmove is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional product development teams in a hybrid Milton Keynes setting. You will build a healthy, high-performing team, enable others, maintain delivery focus, and foster a culture aligned with our values.

You'll work closely with Product Managers to align priorities, plan realistically, and drive sustainable delivery, growth of talent, and scalable systems.

Qualifications
