Job summary

Rightmove is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead one or more cross-functional product development teams in the Customer domain. You will enable high performance, coach engineers, and partner with Product Managers to deliver valuable software on Google Cloud Platform.

You’ll shape team structure, drive sustainable delivery, and foster an inclusive culture that reflects Rightmove’s values while growing talent and maintaining system health.
