• Experience leading software teams and managing conflicts.
• Hands-on software engineering background with current tech stack: Java, Spring, Javascript, React, Typescript, AWS.
• Strong ownership, communication and bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and influence architecture and delivery.
• Clarify purpose and culture for the team and stakeholders.
• Own delivery roadmaps with Product Owner and Change Delivery Lead.
• Own one or more business applications and ensure compliance.
• Represent business interests to engineers and improve the work environment.
