• Leads and develops a software engineering team of 6+ engineers.
• Owns delivery planning, architectural direction and roadmaps.
• Collaborates with Product and Tech Leads to shape architecture.

• Explores practical AI opportunities to improve delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 6+ software engineers across Azure/AWS serverless technologies.
• Own delivery, planning and technical priorities for the team.
• Work with Product and Tech Leads to shape architecture and technical roadmaps.
• Drive engineering best practices across quality, testing and observability.
• Support hiring, coaching, performance reviews and career development.
• Identify opportunities to improve tooling, automation and engineering processes.
• Introduce AI into the engineering function, helping the team identify practical ways to use AI across development, testing and delivery.
