Job summary

Ki is seeking an Engineering Manager in the Greater London area to lead a multi-disciplinary squad delivering scalable platform capabilities for its broker platform. You will guide both technical delivery and people development, coaching teams through Agile/Lean methods and aligning engineering initiatives with Ki's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineers in a fast-paced tech environment.
• FinTech/InsurTech or financial markets experience preferred.
• Strong technical strategy planning; advocate for solutions across org.
• End-to-end SDLC and Agile Software Development experience.
• Proven in designing/Developing microservice architectures.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and lead technical talent.
• Be both highly technical and a people manager.
• Collaborate with functions, drive engineering initiatives, impact at org level.
• Measure team impact and set clear goals.
• Work with CTO to develop strategy for architecture, tech stack and infrastructure.
• Represent Ki to senior stakeholders (KiMC, Investors, etc).
