Job summary

Ki, a London-based digital platform provider transforming insurance, seeks a Product Manager to own appetite-lever roadmaps. You will design tools for portfolio managers to set risk appetite, collaborate with underwriting, portfolio management, and partnerships, and build internal tooling for Ki and partners.

Qualifications

• Commercially-minded with insurance domain understanding.
• Experience with data-intensive and/or ML products.
• Product methodology from idea to outcome.
• Able to handle ambiguity and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead effective product discovery to identify high-impact problems and plan solutions with research, engineering and other stakeholders.
• Prioritise the squad's work based on data-driven reasoning and collaborative alignment.
• Support delivery by promoting Product/Engineering best practices and Scrum within the squad.
• Articulate the commercial value of the roadmap and how it drives profit and risk management.
• Manage stakeholders across the business to align capabilities with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with the broader Product community to identify cross-benefits and dependencies.
• Communicate approach and impact clearly with Operations, Risk Management & Underwriting.
