Job summary

Kingdom Services Group Ltd in Worthing is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a background in electronics product development and NPI to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team.

You will drive New Product Introduction from concept through production, balance technical delivery with people development, and partner with the Chief Engineer, commercial teams and customers to ensure on-time, to-specification delivery and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading an electronics engineering team.
• Strong track record delivering New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Experience managing engineering projects from concept through to production.
• Excellent leadership and people development abilities.
• Strong planning and resource management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver NPI and sustaining projects.
• Plan projects, schedules and allocate engineering resources.
• Oversee stage-gate reviews and risk management.
• Ensure Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) principles are embedded.
• Collaborate with customers and commercial teams to define requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
