Qualifications
- Proven experience leading an electronics design team.
- Strong knowledge of high‑voltage power supply design.
- Experience delivering products through the full NPI lifecycle.
- Understanding of design verification, validation and Design for Manufacture (DFM).
- Experience with control loop design, stability analysis and power supply optimisation.
- Ability to lead technical design reviews and mentor engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead an electronics design engineering team and deliver high‑voltage products from concept to production.
- Oversee analogue circuit design, design reviews, verification and validation activities.
- Translate requirements into robust engineering solutions in collaboration with manufacturing and customers.
