Job summary

Affinidi seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the AffinidiElements team, guiding multi-component platform development with a focus on Typescript, Node.js and React. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product and design, and drive architectural excellence in a high-velocity environment.

You will champion secure, scalable systems, CI/CD, and developer tooling while empowering teammates to grow and deliver production-grade solutions across borders and industries.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading engineering teams delivering production-quality products in fast-paced, global environments.
• Strong leadership in setting vision, mentoring, autonomy and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on technical leadership with strong coding skills and strategic delegation.
• Experience diagnosing and preventing performance and optimization issues; scaling knowledge via mentorship.
• Advocate for clean architecture, CI/CD, testing best practices, and coding standards.
• Background in cloud-native environments (AWS serverless), microservices, and event-driven architectures.
