Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Engineering Manager for a site-based FMCG/manufacturing operation. You will lead a skilled engineering function, develop the team and drive improvements across maintenance, reliability and asset care.

The role demands strong leadership, overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring statutory compliance and contributing to OEE improvements in a fast-paced production facility. Commutable from Kettering and surrounding areas.

Site Based, commutable from: Kettering, Northampton, Corby, Wellingborough, Market Harborough, Rushden, Thrapston, Burton Latimer and surrounding areas

Are you an Engineering Manager from an FMCG or manufacturing background looking to join a market-leading organisation where you will lead a skilled engineering function and play a key role in improving site performance?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer during an exciting period of investment and growth. You will have the autonomy to develop your team, improve engineering standards and drive long-term improvements across a fast-paced production facility.

You will take full responsibility for the site engineering function, leading a team of Lead Engineers and Multi-Skilled Engineers. You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, asset reliability, engineering KPIs and continuous improvement projects.

The role would suit an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong manufacturing background who has previously led multi-skilled engineering teams and delivered improvements across maintenance, reliability and operational performance.

The Role:
