Job summary

Florette, part of Agrial Fresh Produce, is seeking an Engineering Planner at our Lichfield site. The role plans and schedules engineering maintenance to minimise downtime, coordinates with production and contractors, and supports safe and efficient operation across facilities.

The successful candidate will manage CMMS data, lead training, analyse performance data, and drive continuous improvement across the maintenance team. 37.5 hours/week, salary £37,500.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in maintenance planning or facilities coordination in food/manufacturing.
• Proficiency with CMMS and data management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise a weekly maintenance plan for production and facilities.
• Plan reactive and preventative maintenance including inspections and safety checks.
• Lead horizon planning with production schedules and manage resources.
