JLL is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multi-skilled team on a critical facilities site in Birmingham. You will govern engineers and subcontractors, manage maintenance, review RAMS, control on-site permits, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

The role requires HV Authorised Person, 5+ years in relevant environments, and strong communication across stakeholders. You will drive improvements, manage budgets, and collaborate with the Facility Manager on billing and energy-saving

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in critical environments, ideally corporate banking/data centres or similar.
• HV Authorised Person - Current HV/AP with minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Engineering HNC/HND/NVQ or equivalent.
• 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation.
• IOSH Working Safely training.
• IPAF (Combined) certification.
• L8 Awareness Training.

Responsabilités

• Govern engineers and subcontractors with regular one-to-ones and annual reviews.
• Manage planned maintenance and reactive calls within contract; report SLAs monthly.
• Supervise and support a team of technicians on site; manage O/T and on-call rota.
