Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Birmingham to perform PPM, reactive tasks and occasional installations across commercial premises.

The role focuses on AC/HVAC with a strong multi-skilled background in building services. You should be proactive, capable of working independently, and have excellent communication for client-facing duties.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in service, installation and maintenance of refrigeration and AC systems (VRV, VRF & split).
• Knowledge of fault finding on AC control systems.
• Full UK Driving License.
• Knowledge of building fabric and basic fabric reactive repairs.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance repairs across various contracts.
• Assess and order parts and equipment for tasks.
• Work to recognised industry standards at all times.
• Participate in flexible working hours and out-of-hours emergency cover.
• Undertake training including health and safety courses and CPD.
• Assist other trades as required.
• Update/close completed Reactive & PPM tasks on CAFM System.
• Ensure engineering standards and QA procedures are followed.
