Anthropic Limited is seeking an experienced engineering leader to head the Connectivity engineers in London, guiding MCP proxy, OAuth, and token management for secure tool integrations across Claude, Claude Code, Cowork, and API access.

You will partner with San Francisco colleagues to define roadmaps, ensure reliability at scale, and implement enterprise-grade governance. The role requires leading a diverse, globally distributed team and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of management experience in software engineering.
• Deep backend/platform engineering background to guide architecture decisions.
• Experience operating production distributed systems at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Connectivity engineers building infrastructure for tool usage across Anthropic products.
• Collaborate with leadership across San Francisco, London, and partner teams to define roadmaps.
• Drive reliability, incident response, and governance practices for enterprise IT.
