Job summary

La Fosse, in partnership with a global technology business, seeks an Engineering Manager in London to lead two AI/ML teams of 8–10 engineers and data scientists. You will influence architecture and production ML systems while aligning with business strategy.

The role is roughly 75% leadership and 25% technical, with a base of £125k and a 10% bonus. London office or UK remote options are available, depending on location.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams of 5–10+ Engineers / Data Scientists.
• Strong technical background in AI/ML, ideally Computer Vision, NLP or Deep Learning.
• Experience building and operating production ML systems at scale.
• Strong understanding of architecture and system design.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
