SharkNinja is seeking an Engineering Manager to drive the next generation of innovative products across Shark and Ninja ranges. You will bring technical depth and leadership to our design and engineering efforts, delivering credible market-ready solutions.

You will lead a team through design studies, prototyping and testing, while ensuring cost-effective manufacturing readiness and collaboration with cross-functional teams globally.

Formación

• Degree level technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design or Industrial Design Engineering.
• Typically 2+ years of people management experience.
• Typically 7-10 years of proven experience in Mechanical/Product Design or Industrial Design environment.
• Team management experience.
• Experience in the consumer goods household appliance space desirable.
• Experience in plastic manufacturing processes.
• Experience delivering real world products to market.
• Uses CAD tools to a high level and leads CAD reviews.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team to solve, implement and verify technical solutions.
• Hands-on prototyping, lab testing and reporting experience.

• Develop a team of top performers and help them reach their potential.
• Own designs from conception through CAD, prototyping and verification, guiding the team likewise.
• Continuously seek cost-efficient, manufacturable, high-quality designs for consumers.
• Apply engineering and product design standards to deliver real market solutions.
• Leverage high-volume manufacturing knowledge to optimize designs.
• Communicate professionally with colleagues across functions.
• Collaborate with multi-functional and executive teams to move ideas to production.
