Job summary

SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company, seeks a Senior Product Integrity Engineer to join its UK team. You will own design assurance, engineering validation and product quality throughout the NPD lifecycle.

You will partner with Engineering, Industrial Design, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to lead risk assessment, validation plans and evidence-based decisions at critical milestones. With broad cross-functional exposure, you’ll influence product readiness, quality governance

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in product integrity.
• Experience leading DFMEA, DVP&R and engineering changes.
• Knowledge of UK/EU product safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead product integrity input into design reviews, DFMEA, DVP&R, and safety reviews throughout the NPD lifecycle.
• Develop risk-based verification and validation plans with clear test methods and acceptance criteria.
• Assess design risks and ensure proper revalidation to prevent regressions.
• Evaluate changes for impact on quality, safety and performance and define revalidation.
• Review and approve quality-related manufacturing and test documentation.
• Participate in Design for Manufacture (DFM) reviews and ensure production controls meet requirements.
