Job summary

Fractile is hiring an Engineering Manager for Compilers to lead a 10+ person team focused on building the compiler stack for a novel AI accelerator. You will shape architecture from first principles, guide IR design and lowering strategies, and work across hardware, kernel, runtime and ML research groups to deliver high-performance inference on Fractile silicon.

The role requires hands-on technical leadership, a track record of delivering outstanding outcomes, and a passion for building

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a high-performance development team
• Deep expertise in compiler design and development
• Experience with ML compilers and MLIR/TVM is a plus
• Strong understanding of computer architecture and performance optimization

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a compiler team of 10+ engineers.
• Make architectural decisions for the compiler stack from spec to early silicon.
• Define IR design, lowering strategy and execution model for hardware targets.
• Collaborate with hardware, kernel, runtime and ML research teams to ship end-to-end solutions
