Job summary

AB Agri Ltd is seeking an Engineering Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract at the Walsingham site. You will lead the site engineering team, shift focus to preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with engineering standards while delivering reliable equipment performance.

You’ll partner with operations to drive site performance improvements, manage capital priorities, and mentor a hands-on engineering team in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering leadership experience in manufacturing or a similar site environment.
• Hands-on, practical leadership style with strong team engagement.
• Experience improving maintenance and moving from reactive to planned approaches.
• Good understanding of compliance, safety, and engineering standards.
• Strong problem-solving and the ability to prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities
