Job summary

AB Agri Ltd is seeking an Engineering Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract at the Walsingham site. You will lead the site engineering team, shift focus to preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with engineering standards while delivering reliable equipment performance.

You’ll partner with operations to drive site performance improvements, manage capital priorities, and mentor a hands-on engineering team in a manufacturing environment.

The Role & Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Engineering Manager

Location: Walsingham, Norfolk, UK

Contract & Hours: 6 months Fixed-term contract, Full Time, 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday

Package includes a starting salary from £60,000, a performance related bonus scheme, a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and reward your impact, and a matched pension contribution of up to 10%.

You’ll lead engineering at our Walsingham site, improving reliability, ensuring compliance, and moving the team from reactive fixes to a more planned, preventative way of working. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll work closely with your team and site leaders to strengthen performance and shape the future of engineering.
