Domestic & General Group in Wimbledon is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead multiple squads of engineers, QAs and tech leads in a hybrid role. You will shape how engineering is delivered across the organisation, balancing immediate delivery with longer-term capability building.

You will coach, develop and line manage engineers, promote a culture of ownership and continuous improvement, and collaborate with product and engineering leadership to drive performance and resilience.
