Job summary

hireful seeks an experienced engineering leader for a world-class manufacturing facility near Middlesbrough. You will lead a team of eight manufacturing engineers, providing high-level support for electro‑mechanical products.

You will oversee production support, FAT, NPI, new equipment introductions and drive continuous improvement, safety and compliance across the site. A degree in engineering and Lean/Six Sigma training are required, with senior/lead experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Degree-level qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic or Manufacturing engineering.
• Training in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar methodology.
• Experience in regulated sectors such as Defence or Aerospace.
• Senior or Lead Engineer ready to take on a leadership role.

Benefits
