Engineering Manager

We’re pushing the boundaries of what’s possible beneath the surface. We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who’s ready to take ownership of a high-performing team and play a central role in delivering complex, high-impact subsea projects.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor and develop a skilled, multi-discipline engineering team
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable engineering outputs across projects and tenders
• Partner with project and tender teams to ensure the right resources are in the right place at the right time
• Drive recruitment and onboarding of future engineering talent
• Continuously improve engineering tools, templates and processes to set the benchmark across the industry
• Lead the charge on technical lessons learned, applying them to every new challenge
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards (DNV, ISO, API, and others)
• Manage departmental budgets, training plans, and team development initiatives
• Embed a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement across everything the team delivers

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in Engineering (Subsea, Marine, Naval or similar), or equivalent experience
• A strong track record of delivering subsea engineering projects
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a project-focused engineering environment
• A sharp commercial mind and experience with tendering processes
• A strategic mindset, excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for growing people and capability
