Engineering Manager (Agile) Nottingham / WFH to £80k

Do you enjoy leading and developing successful Agile tech teams? You could be progressing your career in an impactful role at a tech company that provides a range of B2B SaaS solutions.

As an Engineering Manager, you'll head up an Agile development team (c10 people) to deliver payment solutions using cloud technologies. You'll help the team transition from a scale-up mindset to a more established tech firm, implementing software engineering best practices and processes. You will play a key role in developing team members' careers, fostering a positive team culture, providing line management, conducting 1-2-1s, and promoting from within.

You will have extensive business interaction, collaborating with the Product Team to ensure the delivery of new innovations and working with business stakeholders to inform decision-making.

Location / WFH:

The process includes remote interviews and onboarding, with the flexibility to work mostly remotely and meet the team for meetings once a month in Nottingham.

• You possess a technical background with a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
