We are currently working with a leading manufacturer within the pharmaceutical and medical devices sector is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a highly skilled team in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering team to deliver operational and project objectives within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance programmes to maximise equipment performance and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise manufacturing processes and reduce downtime.
• Manage budgets, resources, and engineering projects to agreed timescales and quality standards.

In return, you'll receive:

• Flexible start and finish times between 7:00–9:30am and 3:00–6:30pm.
• Annual bonus of up to 8% based on company and personal performance.
• 24 days holiday (increasing to 25 days after one year, plus one extra day every 5 years).
