Job summary

Castle Employment Group is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for an East Yorkshire manufacturing business. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team across Mechanical, Electrical and Software Engineering, ensuring delivery of drawings, models and BOMs on time.

You will drive performance, cost reduction and continuous improvement while collaborating with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Sales, maintaining quality and CE marking standards.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background and leadership experience.
• Proven Engineering Management and people leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Knowledge of drawings, BOMs and product/manufacturing processes.
• Commercially aware with strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
• Hands-on collaborative leader who drives accountability and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and drive performance across the Engineering team.
