Job summary

I-HSQE Group Ltd is offering a Service Engineer Apprentice role based in Meriden as part of an Engineering Maintenance Technician Level 3 – Mechanical Pathway. The programme includes 15 months with a further 4 months to complete End Point Assessment, delivering hands-on training in vibratory tools, inspections and compliant service work.

The successful candidate will travel across the UK, gain practical report-writing experience, and progress into a fully qualified Service Engineer/Inspector

Qualifications

• Good IT skills and confidence using tablets, laptops, and report-writing systems.
• Professional attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to represent the company professionally on customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vibratory tool assessments at customer sites across the UK.
• Travel nationally to customer workshops and operational sites.
• Complete assessment reports accurately using company IT systems.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and site personnel.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company procedures and health & safety requirements.
