Job summary

CV Consulting is seeking an Engineering Planner / Engineering Maintenance Planner for a 12-month PAYE contract in Ealing. The role focuses on coordinating maintenance activities, planning the shift schedule for engineering personnel, and leading weekly planning meetings to optimise asset reliability.

The position requires CMMS and maintenance planning experience, with SHIRE CMMS preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• CMMS and maintenance planning experience.
• Experience coordinating maintenance schedules.
• SHIRE CMMS experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance shutdown coordination and establish best engineering practices.
• Control and populate the engineering shift plan for all personnel including contractors.
• Chair weekly scheduling meetings for planned activities.
• Prioritise a work backlog for maintenance activities and engineering projects.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Maintenance Supervisor/Manager to schedule work for shift engineers.
• Coordinate with production and central functions to ensure planned maintenance is executed efficiently.
• Ensure equipment removed for repair is properly coordinated in the shift plan.
