TJX Europe is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Co-ordinator for its Processing Centre in the United Kingdom. You will support the Engineering Manager, coordinating daily activities, planning preventative maintenance and driving improvements to equipment availability and efficiency.
You'll lead a team, deputise as needed, and work closely with operations to deliver a safe, reliable maintenance service. This role offers exposure to a fast-paced environment and ongoing site improvements.
As an Engineering & Maintenance Co-ordinator, you will support the Engineering Manager in delivering a comprehensive engineering and facilities service across the Processing Centre. You will play a key role in coordinating daily engineering activities, driving preventative maintenance initiatives, improving equipment availability, and ensuring engineering resources are deployed effectively.
This role requires a proactive and organised individual with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. You will also deputise for the Engineering Manager when required and help drive continuous improvement across the department.
