Job summary

Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking a full-time Lecturer in Engineering to deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, ensuring outstanding student outcomes and enabling all learners to reach their full potential.

Suitable candidates will hold a relevant qualification in Engineering and be able to deliver Level 3 BTEC and T Level units, including Mechanical Principles, Engineering Maths and Science.

Qualifications

• Suitable candidates will hold a relevant qualification in Engineering.
• Able to deliver Level 3 BTEC and T Level units including Mechanical Principles, Engineering Maths and Science.
• A teaching qualification is advantageous and may be obtained while employed.
• Knowledge of T Levels is desirable; strong industry-related experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 3 BTEC and T Level units.
• Contribute to teaching, learning and assessment to ensure outstanding student outcomes.
• Support learners to realise their potential and promote inclusion and safeguarding.
