Myerscough College (Preston) is seeking two Lecturers in Engineering to join the Apprenticeships, Skills & Workforce Development team. You will deliver high-quality teaching and assessment to Engineering apprentices, helping them progress in their chosen careers and work with employers to keep learning current and aligned to workforce needs.

The role involves course management, personal tutoring, monitoring progress and maintaining records within College systems.

Responsabilités

• Delivering engaging and inspirational teaching, learning and assessment across Engineering apprenticeship programmes.
• Supporting apprentices to achieve their qualifications, develop their professional skills and progress towards their career goals.
• Undertaking course management and personal tutor responsibilities, providing academic guidance and pastoral support.
• Monitoring learner progress and maintaining accurate records of skills, knowledge, behaviours, achievement and progression through College systems.
