Qualifications

• Teaching/assessing/training qualification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality engineering lessons, workshops, and training sessions.
• Support apprentices and learners on placements working towards engineering qualifications and standards.
• Assess, monitor, and track learner progress against targets.
• Develop engaging lesson plans and training resources aligned with curriculum and industry requirements.
• Support learners in developing technical and employability skills.
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and contribute to student welfare.
