Dex is partnering with a rapidly growing team building an AI-era CRM. You will join an engineering squad owning a new product area, with 80% hands-on work and 20% leadership, guiding a small team for the first time.

You’ll lead architecture evolution to scale and craft product choices through customer dialogue and technical insight, staying deeply technical while taking on management responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Deep expertise in a modern typed language (Go, TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Rust, C++ or similar) for backend, or React for frontend.
• Experience as a Tech Lead or Staff Engineer, driving multi-engineer projects and setting technical direction.
• Hands-on experience designing secure, scalable backend systems on cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
• Genuine readiness to take on line management responsibilities: hiring, growing, and owning engineer progression.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly, influencing decisions across product and design.

Responsabilidades

• Deeply contribute to backend (TypeScript/Node.js, Go) or frontend (React) development.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a focused team of 3-5 engineers within your product area.
• Own a product area end-to-end, from conception through delivery and iteration.
• Evolve the core architecture to support significant scale and new AI-native features.
• Shape product decisions directly through customer conversations and technical insight.
