Qualifications

• Proven hands-on software engineering background with leadership experience.
• Ability to engage in technical and commercial discussions with partners.
• Experience designing, delivering, and maintaining scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across delivery from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on delivery: build, review, and operate production systems.
• Lead software delivery across teams and coordinate contributions.
• Shape delivery roadmap with other business units and communicate progress.
• Create operating models that align with business goals and enable efficient delivery.
• Own technical designs for major features and initiatives, directly or via delegation.
• Coach and mentor staff and define clear career paths within the team.
• Set and improve standards, staying updated with emerging technologies.
