Job summary

Moneybox is seeking a senior leader to own the AI platforms strategy and deployment across the business. You will lead a new function from the front, enabling safe AI usage today while shaping a multi‑year platform roadmap.

You will hire, mentor and scale a team of AI engineers, partnering with Tech Ops and Decisioning to deliver business outcomes. You will balance hands‑on leadership with strategic oversight, owning governance, cost forecasting and vendor management in a fast‑paced fintech

Qualifications

Has led engineering teams and programmes with budget and vendor responsibility.
Owned an AI platform or enablement capability within the last 2–3 years.
Built or significantly scaled a multi-person AI/tech team.
Fluent in modern AI stacks, including governance, security and integration patterns.
Experience with cost engineering, usage forecasting and ROI concepts.

Responsibilities

Own the AI platform strategy and roadmap with cross‑functional stakeholder alignment.
Build and lead the AI Deployment team and set delivery standards.
Own perimeter safety and governance in an AI‑native environment, in collaboration with Tech Ops.
Oversee platform hosting, scaling and cost management for AI/workloads.
Enable other departments to adopt AI today with guardrails and rapid risk assessment.
