Job summary

Babcock is seeking an Engineering Integrity Data and Analytics Manager to lead data-driven tools, dashboards and workflows that deliver performance insights and support risk management across a global organisation.

You will collaborate with business units to improve data collection, produce visualisations for governance, and manage SharePoint resources. The role is full-time, hybrid across UK locations, with security clearance required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in data management and analytics, including at least five years in a similar role.
• Proven ability to develop and manage data-driven reporting, dashboards and analytical toolsets.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of data governance and information assurance principles.
• Experience interpreting complex datasets and translating findings into actionable business insights.
• Ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across functions and locations.

Responsibilities

• Developing toolsets, workflows and dashboards that provide meaningful technical performance insight.
• Analysing engineering and governance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities across the business.
• Collaborating with business units, projects and technology teams to improve data collection and reporting processes.
• Producing visualisations and performance reporting that support governance activities, reviews and assurance programmes.
• Managing Engineering Integrity SharePoint sites, libraries and information resources.
