Job summary

Peterborough Regional College is seeking an experienced engineer or skilled tradesperson to join Inspire Education Group as an educator in the engineering department. You will teach across Level 1 to Level 4 (HND) courses, sharing practical industry knowledge and developing future engineers.

Training towards a teaching qualification is supported. You will plan lessons, assess progress, build links with employers and promote safe working practices while helping learners grow confidence and

Qualifications

• Recent experience in engineering or a related trade.
• Level 2 English and Maths.
• Willing to work towards a teaching qualification with support from the employer.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Teach and support students across Level 1 to Level 4 (HND) engineering courses, sharing practical knowledge.
