Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to own and optimize manufacturing value streams for medical devices. You will lead complex process development and validation programs, mentor junior engineers, and represent Engineering in governance and regulatory forums.

This role focuses on improving quality, supply continuity and cost performance while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across DePuy Synthes integration considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent) required.
• Experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
• Experience leading IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities.
• Proven track record with NCRs and CAPAs in a Quality Management System.
• Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent technical documentation and change control experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns and optimizes manufacturing value streams to ensure safe, compliant production.

• Drive multi-functional continuous improvement initiatives.
