Johnson & Johnson MedTech Leeds invites graduates to join a dynamic two-year Engineering Graduate Development Programme with rotations across Design & Development, Manufacturing, Quality and Operations. You’ll work on the full product lifecycle, collaborate with engineers and clinicians, and develop leadership and technical skills in a highly regulated medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Graduated within the last 2 years with a bachelor’s degree in an engineering or scientific discipline.
• Degree qualification of 2:1 or above.
• Willingness to rotate across Design & Development, Manufacturing, Quality and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotation across Design & Development, Manufacturing, Quality and Operations.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and quality engineers, clinicians and technical experts.
• Develop leadership and technical skills within a regulated medical device environment.
