Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is recruiting an Engineering Geologist to join a growing ground engineering team in Sheffield. The role mixes site and office work across wind, solar, battery storage and related infrastructure throughout the UK.

The role involves planning investigations, logging, site supervision, reporting and ground model interpretation, with opportunities to progress within a large multidisciplinary consultancy in renewable energy projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering Geology, Geology, Geotechnical Engineering or related subject.
• 2+ years' experience in ground investigation, engineering geology or geotechnical consultancy.
• Experience with site investigation and geological logging.
• Good understanding of UK ground conditions.
• Strong report writing and technical skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

The role will involve a combination of site and office-based work, supporting projects across wind, solar, battery energy storage and associated infrastructure.

The Role

Requirements
