Job summary

Eurofins is seeking an Engineering, Maintenance and Services Manager to lead the safe, compliant operation of all engineering, maintenance and support services at the Wolverhampton campus. This role manages multi-disciplinary teams across engineering maintenance, facilities services, hygiene, stores, security and customer logistics.

The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, oversee PPM and reactive maintenance, manage budgets and contractors, and develop performance metrics for

Qualifications

• Proven working background in engineering maintenance and management experience.
• Proven experience in engineering, maintenance or building services leadership roles.
• HNC / HND Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Experience with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• IOSH or NEBOSH Qualification.
• HVAC / Refrigeration certification or significant practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance, hygiene, stores, security and logistics services.
• Lead planned preventative and reactive maintenance to maximise reliability and continuity.
• Manage external consultants, contractors and service providers to meet safety and service standards.
• Develop and manage facilities and engineering budgets with cost-control.
• Develop KPIs and report on performance to the Head of Health, Safety and Facilities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across service areas to enhance quality and performance.
