Institution of Mechanical Engineers invites a Content Producer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis in central London with hybrid working. You will create engaging technical event and CPD training content to drive attendance and professional development.

You will research topics, recruit speakers, work with technical committees and internal teams, and deliver marketing briefs while ensuring deadlines and budget awareness.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging event content for conferences, seminars and CPD training.
• Conduct market research and consult industry experts.
• Identify topics, speakers and trainers for value-adding programmes.
• Collaborate with technical committees and internal teams.
• Build relationships with industry stakeholders.
• Research topics and prepare business cases.
• Identify audiences, revenue streams and risks.
• Invite speakers and ensure deadlines are met.
• Produce marketing briefs and promotional copy.
• Monitor event progress and milestones.
• Manage speaker logistics during events.
