Terry Parris Associates in West Sussex is seeking an Engineering Director to lead the UK engineering function, shaping the roadmap for high-voltage power supplies and improving delivery across the portfolio. You will develop the team, champion risk management, govern design across power conversion, digital control, embedded software and magnetics, and ensure manufacturability and reliability of complex electronics.

The role is fully based in Pulborough.

Competenze

• 10+ years in electronics design or manufacturing.
• 5+ years in general and project management.
• Evidence of leading engineering teams and delivering complex electronics programmes into manufacture.

Mansioni

• Develop engineering managers and specialists, build succession plans and create an environment where people raise technical risks early.
• Own portfolio priorities, budgets and resource planning across new product development, research and sustaining engineering.
• Lead design governance and help engineering, manufacturing and global teams turn complex designs into reliable, manufacturable products.
• Translate customer needs into investment and platform decisions. Guide work across power conversion, digital control, embedded software and magnetics.
