Job summary

Coforge is seeking an Engineering Delivery Lead to provide end-to-end technical and delivery leadership for the Qdos product team. The role focuses on driving technical excellence, backlog execution, and bridging business stakeholders with IT Operations.

The ideal candidate will oversee architecture, Azure VM infrastructure, CI/CD, and DevOps practices, while facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring quality delivery across platforms.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for the Qdos product team.
• Act as Scrum Master for the product team and manage sprint ceremonies.
• Own delivery quality and engineering standards across development and release processes.
• Engage with business stakeholders to prioritise backlog and align with objectives.
• Assess impacts of infra and platform changes and ensure smooth IT operations transitions.
• Monitor delivery performance against SLAs and KPIs and drive continuous improvements.
