Cubiq Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Engineering Delivery Consultant to join our team, supporting clients across the UK and Europe and delivering exceptional engineering talent. You’ll manage live vacancies, source top engineering candidates, and build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) supporting engineering roles.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Boolean search, and sourcing techniques for engineering and technical talent.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organised approach with good attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset and positive energy.

Responsibilities

• Manage live vacancies and support ongoing project delivery across R&D Engineering and Manufacturing roles.
• Source, screen and qualify engineering candidates using multiple channels.
• Build strong relationships with specialist engineering talent pools and share insights with the wider business.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback and offer management.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience from first contact through to placement.
• Work closely with clients, leading client calls for briefings and CV reviews.
• Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to ensure successful outcomes and account development.
• Act as an engineering sourcing expert and champion to the wider business.
• Identify opportunities for client expansion and account maximisation.
