Capital City College is seeking a Curriculum Manager - Engineering to lead the development and delivery of high-quality engineering education. You will work with cross‑department teams to implement innovative, inclusive practices that support learners and staff to thrive.

The role involves strategic leadership, line management of 9 staff, and shaping the college’s curriculum strategy to enhance learner success and progression.

Qualifications

• Proven success in leading teams or departments within an educational or comparable setting.
• Deep understanding of curriculum design, quality assurance, and student achievement.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and people management skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective partnerships internally and externally.
• A commitment to creating inclusive and empowering learning environments.
• A proactive, strategic mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and learner success.
• A relevant teaching qualification and leadership training (or willingness to obtain these).
