Job summary

Dovetail and Slate is seeking an Interim Curriculum Manager - Engineering to lead the Engineering provision at an FE college in North West London. The role focuses on overseeing curriculum delivery, driving high standards and supporting teaching staff to ensure excellent learner outcomes.

You will work with senior leadership to plan quality improvements, monitor performance, and develop Engineering programmes in a fast-paced, interim capacity.

We are currently supporting an FE college in North West London in the appointment of an experienced Interim Curriculum Manager - Engineering.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineering curriculum professional to take on a leadership role, overseeing curriculum delivery and supporting high standards across the Engineering provision.

The Role

• Lead and manage the Engineering curriculum area.
• Support and develop teaching staff to deliver high-quality learning.
• Monitor teaching, learning and learner outcomes.

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates with experience in FE Engineering, particularly those who have held roles such as:

• Curriculum Manager / Curriculum Lead
• Head of Engineering
• Programme Leader / Course Leader
• Engineering Lecturer / Senior Lecturer
• Engineering curriculum or departmental leadership roles

You should have strong knowledge of Engineering within an FE setting, alongside previous experience of curriculum leadership, quality assurance and supporting teaching teams.
